1. Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • All original packaging, including any tags or labels, must be included with the return.

2. How to Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at jordankayjewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns.
  • Sale or discounted items may be subject to different return policies. Please check individual product listings for specific details.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt), and we will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

6. Jewelry Breakage:

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your item breaks or becomes damaged due to a defect in craftsmanship or materials within 30 days of the original purchase, we will offer you a full refund or a free repair (at our discretion).

How to Claim a Warranty Repair or Refund:
If your jewelry breaks within the 30-day period, please contact us immediately at jordankayjewelry@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the broken item
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund or Repair Process:
After we assess the condition of the jewelry, we will either:

Provide a full refund to your original payment method, or

Offer a repair or replacement of the item, depending on the damage.

  • Exclusions for Warranty:
    The 30-day warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Items that have been altered or resized by a third party are also not covered under the warranty.
